SHIPPING

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are based on the destination and the weight/size of the package.

3. DELIVERY

We ship from Belgium to countries within the European Union. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations. Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE EU)

For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applied by the destination country. Elevenshot has no control over these charges.

5. ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES AND ADDRESSES

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Elevenshot is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.

7. DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elevenshot.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

RETURNS

At Elevenshot, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we are here to help.

1. RETURN PERIOD

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note: This exceeds the mandatory EU 14-day cooling-off period, giving our customers extra peace of mind.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn and unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, use, or damage.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at info@elevenshot.com. If your return is accepted, you must send your package to the following address:

Please note: * The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom products.

  • Sale items (clearance) or gift cards.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
